OWNERSHIP CHANGE AT NÉVE DESIGNS

Boulder, CO (July 16, 2009) -- Néve Designs Inc a Boulder, Colorado based manufacturer of natural fiber sweaters, accessories and knitwear announced today that Tom Irvine an existing partner and CEO of Néve has purchased the remaining assets of the company from founder Rhonda Swenson.  Subsequent to the transaction, Swenson will be leaving the company to pursue other outside interests. The rest of the management, design, sales and distribution team will remain intact with several new positions created.
