How long have you worked for SIA? Since 1997.
Where did you grow up? I’ve lived in Fairfax Virginia all of my life. I’m actually living in the house I grew up in.
Sports team: We are a soccer family. I follow DC United, the US Men’s National Team, GMU, UNC and Davidson soccer as well as several international teams. We can’t wait for the World Cup this summer. I also closely follow Davidson Swimming
Board game: I like games of “chance” with a just a bit of “skill” mixed in
Color: All of the primary colors – but especially RED.
Best SIA Snow Show memory: I’ve met a lot of interesting people at the Snow Show working registration and for the most part, my fondest memories include meeting and then working with some really great people that I only see at the Show.
What’s something that not many people know about you? I love high school sports. My husband and I will be the “old folks” sitting in the stands at Fairfax High for years to come. You don’t need to be good to enjoy sports.
Who are your favorite bands or musicians? Maroon 5 along with the group Pentatonix.
Coolest place you have ever been: My youngest once wrote a paper describing Idaho as heaven on earth. My brother lives near the small town of Crouch (Garden Valley, ID). The scenery is breathtaking and the area offers so many ways to be active outdoors: rafting, hiking, horseback riding, biking and tubing in the river.
What’s your favorite candy bar? All things chocolate.
