Best SIA Snow Show memory: Our first show in Denver. The new look, the new feel – it was great. A lot of hard work, but really great. Don’t get me wrong, seeing a cougar being escorted off the show floor by security, meeting Dr. Ruth Westheimer and discovering a personal connection to an attendee in the middle of the show floor – one of my father’s high school buddies – are up there too.
What’s something that not many people know about you? That I love to ride ski lifts, ferris wheels and zip lines.
Who are your favorite bands or musicians? The Cure, The B52’s, Tab Benoit, Neko Case
Coolest place you have ever been: Pipeline, Oahu, HI
Top three off-snow activities: Capitals hockey games, photography and relaxing at the beach
What’s your favorite candy bar? Snickers, hands down
What’s your best snow sports memory? Snow Tubing with Judy Brown. I wish there was video, but you’ll have to take my word for it.
What’s the first ski/snowboard shop you visited? I can’t remember the name, but it was a stop on the way from Hartford, CT to Stowe, VT.
