BLIZZARD / TECNICA ANNOUNCES TERRITORY REP CHANGES WITHIN TEAM

Dana Greenwood takes over New England; Charlie Hepburn promoted in CA and NV.

WEST LEBANON, NH. (July 25, 2016) Blizzard / Tecnica is pleased to announce that Dana Greenwood will be the principal sales representative for Blizzard / Tecnica alpine products in New England and Charlie Hepburn has peen promoted to principal sales representative in California and Nevada effective August 1, 2016.

Greenwood most recently held the position as principal sales representative in California and Nevada, Hepburn was the assistant sales representative, where the duo was instrumental in promoting the brand and connecting with specialty retailers.  Greenwood moves across the country to take the helm as the principal sales representative in New England, after the departure of Ivar Dahl who has accepted a position as Director of Snow Sports at The Holderness School in Plymouth, NH.

“I have worked closely with Ivar for over 23 year’s and because of his efforts Blizzard / Tecnica are extremely strong and well positioned in New England. I have the utmost confidence and respect for both Dana and Charlie and am excited to see them continue to strengthen our brands with their expertise and tenacity”,  commented Sam Cook, president, Blizzard / Tecnica.

Greenwood has held several positions with Tecnica, dating back to 2007 where he was the Tecnica World Cup Service Manager, and in 2010, a sales representative with Clem Smith in California and Nevada.  In 2012, Greenwood accepted a position with Atomic Ski USA as principal sales representative where he spent two year’s developing his skills at managing all aspects of a sales territory.  In 2014 Greenwood was named principal sales representative for Blizzard / Tecnica in California and Nevada.  He will be relocating to New England with his wife and newborn daughter.

Hepburn has held the position as sales associate in California and Nevada, under the guidance and leadership of Greenwood, since 2014.  Hepburn was instrumental in building brand awareness and servicing specialty accounts.  He has had previous experience as an alpine ski coach in New Hampshire and as a shop employee at the Start Haus Ski Shop in Tahoe.  Hepburn grew up at the base of Cannon Mountain in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

All positions will be effective August 1, 2016.
