CHAOS/CTR Headwear Announces Official Pro-Winter Sport Team 2012/13 in Snowboard and Freeskiing

Steamboat Springs, CO (November 17, 2012) — CHAOS headwear in the US and Canada, has elevated four of their top performing athletes to their Chaos PRO-TEAM. This new refinement will allow Chaos to support these athletes with greater capacity as they reach their athletic landmarks. The NEW PRO Team members this year include, Suzanne Graham – BigMountain-Basejumping, Colin Spencer – Snowboard/films, Penn Lukens – Skier Cross/Freeski, and Logan Banning – SkierCross/Freeski, and Spencer Keirnes – SkierCross/Freeski/Park with Chris Anthony as our official spokesperson.

“These are world-class competitors and we are honored to have them in Chaos and CTR- Chaos Thermal Regulation headwear this season as young driven ambassadors in their sport,” expresses Gary Supple, Director of US Operations.  

Expert Chaos spokesperson Chris Anthony, of Anthony Adventures, will guide the teams energy for another successful season. Be sure to look for Chris’ Quick Tips at TV8 all winter with CTR- Chaos Thermal Regulation. For the last 22 years Anthony has traveled as a member of the Warren Miller Film Team, where he will emcee over 60 events, nationwide. This includes various Live FOX televised tips for the latest in skiing. His resume of expertise includes: writing for several publications, co-authoring a guidebook, screen writing, hosting television programming, being a Heli- guide and motivational speaker. He has launched his own youth initiative program, which supports kids participation in winter sports, as well as his worldwide extreme terrain adventure ski trips. In 2009, Anthony partnered with “SOS Outreach” , to best fulfull his programs goals and support their goals! As a spokesperson and mentor, Chris visits schools throughout the state and utilizes a multimedia presentation from his Warren Miller Film, which guides them on a global journey.

Colin Spencer, from Golden, Colorado, now living in Breckenridge, has been with Chaos for four seasons. Colin gets stronger and wiser every season- and the results show. Most recently he was a coach at High Cascade Snowboard Camp on Mt. Hood in Oregon. This season Colin will be featured in both film and winter publications; look for him in Snowboarder Magazine, Snowboard Magazine, Frequency and Snowboard Colorado.  His films include:  “Role Model Films,” “Cockfight,” “SixEleven productions, “It’s Our Fault,” and “YES”.  His sponsors are: Billabong, YES Snowboards, Keystone and Jammy pack. Long time supports are: Dakine, Spy, Yea Nice and Vitamin Water and Chaos. Colin is a top ranked rider and his contests this season will include: Dew Tour in Breckenridge to Killington Vermont and Snobasin Utah. He plans on competing in the Burton Open series, (invite only) as well as the Ride Shakedown’s. Between riding in contests and filming all over the U.S. to overseas to Japan, Colin has a full season and we are proud to be one of his fans and supporters.,
