FRANCE (October 7, 2008) –The European snowboard industries annual conference will be taking place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on Friday 24th April and Saturday the 25th with the opening dinner on the evening of 23rd and a riding day on Sunday the 26th.
This will be the fifth Snowforum and the first one to be held in Germany, and follows on from the successful forums in Laax, Innsbruck, Chamonix and Livigno.
Topics this year will include snowboard and freeski market surveys, sustainability, the economic cunundrum, shopatron (internet direct sales system), international market review and workshops. With further topics and speakers to be confirmed.
The Annual European Snowboard industry awards will be presented at the Snowball party on Saturday evening.
The forum once again will provide a platform to discus European Snowboarding’s own particular issues while giving you knowledge that will enable you to make better business decisions.
Garmisch-Partenkirchen is within a short car journey from Munich and Innsbruck, both of which have international airports.
