Boston, MA (January 19, 2016) –As Franklin Retail Solutions continues to grow, the Operations team is responsible for managing a field team of over 500 Sell-Through Specialists and facilitating communication with Account Management to execute retail merchandising projects for sports, outdoor and fitness brands.
Renee brings 17 years of merchandising, management and purchasing experience to the team at Franklin Retail Solutions. She first started working with FRS in 2001 as a Sell-Through Specialist in the southern California area and travelled to Las Vegas and Alaska in that field-merchandising role. She was a Lead Installer for various sports brands such as Nike and Jordan. After working with FRS for several years, Renee left to join the management team of the Campus Bookstore at the University of Southern California.
Shaun Kelly, Director of Operations writes, “As Franklin continues to focus on the quality of our field team and the standards of execution of our partner’s initiatives, I’m excited for Renee’s perspective on coaching given her extension experience in the merchandising field and her history with training new associates at USC’s campus store, the nation’s busiest campus store.
