Boston, MA (January 19, 2016) — As Franklin Retail Solutions continues to grow, the Field Operations team is responsible for managing a field team of over 500 Sell-Through Specialists and facilitating communication with Account Management to execute retail merchandising projects for sports, outdoor and fitness brands.
Shaun joined the company in 2010 after running new store openings for Academy Sports and Outdoors. While at Academy, he was responsible for training store associates on company standards and procedures. He used his analytical skills and retail experience to improve the training of Franklin Retail Solutions’ Field Team.
