Polarmax Promotes From Within

Doris Hinson and Michelle Conley Move Up

West End, NC (April 25, 2012) — In keeping with their commitment to operate, manufacture and develop locally in West End, NC Polarmax hired as locally as possible for two recent openings. Instead of looking outside of the company, Polarmax knows that often times the best people come from within, and the two latest promotions highlight the deep local talent pool.

Doris Hinson promoted to HR Manager.

“Doris has been with Longworth Industries, Polarmax’s parent company for 3 _ years as a Customer Service Representative after working for the school system in administration, specifically benefits. In her time here, her interpersonal skills and work ethic have really shone,” said Randy Black, President of Polarmax.  “This, together with her ability to focus on the end goal make her an outstanding candidate for HR success.”

Michelle Conley promoted to Assistant Marketing Manager.

“Michelle has been on an upward trajectory, having been with our company for approx. 6 months, and in that time serving as a Sales Manager Assistant and as Assistant to the President / CEO.  Her clear vision for the company and strategic perspective will allow our marketing program better mobility to reach out to new audiences, as well as maintaining our relationship with our current customers,” continued Black.

Polarmax is proud of their employee retention, with many having been with the company for 10 years or more, and remains one of the largest employers in Moore county NC.
