Portland, OR (October 26, 2015) — Pretty Great, LLC announced today the hiring of David Kozak to lead the sales division across all of its brands: Bonfire, Nikita, Sessions and SLVDR. Kozak is the most recent addition to a strong team of both brand and industry veterans assembled to purvey Pretty Great’s brand stewardship; a nurturing of lines that have strong, authentic heritage and well-considered design.
Dave brings with him 15 years of sales experience in the action sports industry, working first with Volcom before a tenure at Quiksilver, Roxy and DC, where he most recently served as the Director of Sales for Snow for all three brands in the Americas region.
“Based on Dave’s multi-brand sales experience, ease to work with, creative sales perspective and work ethic, I could not think of a better person to lead sales for Pretty Great,” said Pretty Great President Rob Myers.
As Global Sales Director, Dave’s role will be to build and execute the global sales and distribution strategy, and to drive the go to market process for the sales team. He will collaborate with product and marketing teams to create meaningful stories that will resonate with specialty retailers across Pretty Great’s global markets, which span from North and South America to Europe, Japan and beyond. He will work out of Pretty Great’s Orange County office, alongside Myers.
