This inevitable event allows a wide public to discover for free the snowboard culture and the fun of snowboard riding. EuroSIMA (the European Boardsports Industry Manufacturers Association, www.eurosima.com), and the WSF (World Snowboard Federation), who launched this event, pursue their efforts so that the fever of the snowboard reaches a wider public on Sunday, December 20th 2009! All the snowboard community (clubs, associations, shops, schools, resorts, pro riders) bustles about offering a lot of free activities and make of this day a big success over all the world summits! So whether you are beginner or expert, get tempted and enjoy for free the joys of snowboarding in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
Furthermore, this year, EuroSIMA and the WSF challenge the organizers by proposing a competition rewarding the most original activity created for the World Snowboard Day. Of course, you will be able to enjoy the traditional initiations, demos, contests, riders signings, products testing, concerts and parties, but we look forward to seeing the completely crazy activities the organizers will present this year!
