January marks Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month; a month-long initiative to bring newcomers to the sport with a professional lesson at a special price. What better time to help recruit new customers and keep your current customers involved in the excitement? Be sure to use the tips and resources for your shop found in the SIA Retailer to Consumer Marketing Guide (RMG) for January along with the Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month Addendum.
The RMG Addendum, extending on marketing initiatives found in the Guide, focuses on campaigns for kids, women and new gear, including merchandising ideas and in-store events.
